What is a resin bound driveway?
Naturally occuring gravel, shingle and crushed granite are mixed with a specially formulated clear UV stable aliphatic polymer resin to form a mixture. This kind of mixing ensures each and every stone is coated in the resin.
The resin bound aggregate (stone) is then hand troweled to a smooth finish at the appropriate depth depending on the size of aggregate used – usually between 15mm and 24mm.
